I enjoyed my stay where the Tampa Riverwalk was just a short stroll away and the nearby Tampa Museum of Art made for an awesome afternoon of cultural exploration. I also loved having access to delicious dining options just a few steps away at Earl of Sandwich and Duckweed right around the corner, which made meals super convenient for my family with children and perfectly suited our adventurous spirit.

courtyard has a fantastic location, just a short ride to the nightlife of ybor city. the pool was refreshing, and aaliyah from housekeeping really impressed me with her responsiveness. it’s great to see staff members that genuinely care about their guests.

The mildew smell in my room was hard to get rid of, even with an air freshener. Breakfast hours were disappointing, ending pretty early at 10 AM, which felt rushed for morning meals. Additionally, the nearby nightlife can get quite noisy, impacting sleep quality if you’re not a heavy sleeper. Valet parking, while convenient, came at a hefty price that added to the overall cost of the stay.

My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a mini balcony that really added to my stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom could have been better maintained. I had issues with low water pressure in the shower, which was disappointing. I also noticed some cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience. The remote for the TV didn't work, and I had to get batteries to fix it. While the restaurant was closed during my visit, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food was never a problem. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, though I hope they improve their housekeeping and maintenance.

Great location for events with super friendly staff. We loved our room with a sofa bed and balcony. It had essentials like a coffee machine, large flat-screen TV, and safe. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had great pressure. They even provided filtered water on every floor for free.
